Policies and Governance

Orchestra for the Earth is committed to operating responsibly, transparently and in-line with best practice. As a charity working with musicians, audiences, partners and young people, we aim to ensure that our activities are safe, inclusive and environmentally responsible.

The policies below set out the principles and procedures that guide how we work. Some are publicly available here so that audiences, collaborators and supporters can understand the standards we hold ourselves to. Others are internal operational policies used by trustees and staff to manage the organisation.

These documents are reviewed regularly by the Board of Trustees.
