Orchestra for the Earth is committed to working responsibly, transparently and with care. These policies explain how we protect the people involved in our work, reduce our environmental impact and uphold high standards of governance.

The policies below set out the principles and procedures that guide how we work. Some are publicly available here so that audiences, collaborators and supporters can understand the standards we hold ourselves to. Others are internal operational policies used by trustees and the team to manage the organisation.
These documents are reviewed regularly by the Board of Trustees.

Complaints: if you have a complaint, please contact info@orchestrafortheearth.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge complaints within five working days and resolve them within twenty working days.
